will go out on Tuesday. We only ship Tuesday - Friday.
Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not included in delivery time.
Saturday delivery is available if the order is placed on Friday before 2 PM.

RUSH DELIVERY?

Any customers wanting rush delivery must pay additional charges for any packages requested to be sent Next Day Air, 2nd day Air, or 3-day select via UPS. Please call for quote. Cigar orders of five or more boxes, humidors or other products of substantial weight, may be subject to additional freight charges determined by the weight of the package.

For special requests to ship using your federal express account number, please call us to make arrangements.

We are not able to ship outside the United States, to P.O. boxes, or to APO / FPO.

All cigars are checked and leave in perfect condition. Should any item received be damaged or lost during transit, please call us immediately. The outer packaging must be saved for UPS’ verification, otherwise we cannot guarantee that UPS will reimburse us for the damages. We will reship all items as soon as possible and handle any claim with UPS for you.

If you are not 100% satisfied with any cigars that you purchase from ENRICOS.US after you have tried one (1) you may return them within 30 days for full credit or full refund. If you try more than one (1) cigar and you decide that they are not to your liking and return them, you will receive credit or refund for the amount of cigars returned, minus shipping costs.
Returns accepted only with original Cellophane Wrapper intact.
